I know every place, every service is not 100% perfect with great support. At cirtexhosting sometimes you may upset with support as well, I’ve ever experieced this. Sometimes I got problems which may need higher level of support knowledge, level 1 support cannot help, they don’t know much on difficult technical problem. 2 or 3 times, I received un-expected reply saying something like, it is not hosting problem, it is your php problem, we cannot do this, etc…Just because, I know myself, I know my php problem and I know it is hosting problem, I know hosting can do this, so I will not stop submitting the ticket, I will continue asking for support, but I request Level 2 support, and Level 3 support if Level 2 cannot help.
Many of my problems were solved with Level 2 support, they are so expert.

Level 1 support, is not really bad, they are so handful and can help us very fast with easy problem. So, don’t hate them if they cannot help, just request Level 2 and Level 3 support, and your problem will not be a problem anymore. This is why I love Cirtexhosting.
