Now, it is my month 13th at cirtexhosting. I decided to renew my hosting plan at cirtex. I found here is very good hosting, their supports and some setting that I can’t do at others hosting.
Wildcard dns is so useful when we want to do something with all sub-domains. Today I found that it is so easy to make my hosting to support wild card dns without bothering Cirtex support.
Only easy steps we can do, like just normal add subdomain in the control panel, instead of putting the name, we just put * in the sub domain name and enter document root directory then press Create button, just it.
Now, installing wpmu or any other scripts that need wildcard dns setting, would be simple as eating banana.
Since, cirtexhosting is good for me, I would still writing review for them, because it’s real good.
I bought some php script that was encoded with ioncube, and need ioncube loader to be installed in order to make script working.
Some of my friends that host elsewhere, have faced ioncube loader problem.  But, for me I have found no problem at all.
By running script with php5, there is no need to install additional ioncube loader, since it already supports by the server, ioncube loader was pre-installed in cirtexhosting server.
I am so happy with cirtexhosting. My 11 months at Cirtex.
Of course, cirtex have more than 1 servers to manage. There are many customers there. When I want to see the status of servers, I just see from here. Cirtex staffs, will monitor the server status all the time, if some problems occur, they can solve problem promptly.

I know every place, every service is not 100% perfect with great support. At cirtexhosting sometimes you may upset with support as well, I’ve ever experieced this. Sometimes I got problems which may need higher level of support knowledge, level 1 support cannot help, they don’t know much on difficult technical problem. 2 or 3 times, I received un-expected reply saying something like, it is not hosting problem, it is your php problem, we cannot do this, etc…Just because, I know myself, I know my php problem and I know it is hosting problem, I know hosting can do this, so I will not stop submitting the ticket, I will continue asking for support, but I request Level 2 support, and Level 3 support if Level 2 cannot help.
Many of my problems were solved with Level 2 support, they are so expert.
Level 1 support, is not really bad, they are so handful and can help us very fast with easy problem. So, don’t hate them if they cannot help, just request Level 2 and Level 3 support, and your problem will not be a problem anymore. This is why I love Cirtexhosting.
